Appointments & Cancellations

Therapy sessions are scheduled by appointment only. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Payment policies, including private pay and insurance billing, will be discussed prior to initiating services. Clients and/or legal guardians are responsible for verifying insurance benefits and understanding their financial responsibility, including co-pays, deductibles, and non-covered services.
